# Copy all content of WikiMedia pages into rich text editor in WikiConfluence
# Save page
# Click edit page again, then delete all \[edit\] links in rich text editor
# Click WikiMarkup tab
# Beneath title of each page, underline title (code = ----). Keep all other headings the same unless you notice something not converted right (RichText editor should interpret them correctly).
# Save all images that are on the current page. Make a page with an appropriate name (that describes what is happening in the image) to attach each image to. This page should fall under the "Image Gallery" page in the appropriate space. Use the following guidelines to determine which space to create the page in:
### If the image is specific to a project AND version, create a page in the specific space (e.g., Dorian 1.2 space).
### If the image is specific to a project, but NOT version-specific, create a page in the general project space. For example, the Introduce Service Migration image is used throughout Introduce documentation. Create that page in the "Introduce" space, and link to that page from all Introduce version-specific spaces.
### If the image is a general image not specific to any project (e.g., caGrid logo), add it to the site-wide Image Gallery space.
## For all images, if there is a single size of the image, use \{image-with-caption\} macro
## If there is both a smaller and larger version of the image, save both copies of the image, upload them as separate pages in the Image Gallery portion of the space. Use \{image-with-caption-link-to-larger\} macro.
# If an image sits on the right side of the page in WikiMedia, align it to the right in Confluence as well. Keep the same page layout when transferring pages.
# Make sure you add the appropriate caption to each image when converting from old MediaWiki to new Confluence: use \{image-with-caption\} macro.
# Modify links in WikiMarkup mode to ensure they all link to corresponding pages in the new Confluence site (and not the old MediaWiki site).
# For text that is _Italicized_ in WikiMedia, REMOVE ITALICS. Then, *BOLD* the same portion of text.
# In text, all *button* names are *BOLD{*}.
# Fix grammatical and spelling errors.
# For code boxes that have Java or Terminal icons aligned in the border of the code box, make sure you use the respective \{java\} or \{terminal\} macros. For all other code, use \{code\} macro.
