This site has six major sections, each linked by a button displayed across the top navigation bar. These sections include the following:

  • Home (button with caGrid logo)

This section presently includes cagrid.org Introduction, Recent News, Project of the Month, and Most Popular. Have news to share? Register with cagrid.org.

You can save a page for offline viewing by exporting it to a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF document:

  • In the menu at the top right of any page, select View > Export to Adobe Acrobat (PDF) or View > Export to Microsoft Word. Your browser prompts you to open a file in the format you selected.
  • Projects

This section includes all software projects in the official caGrid distribution ("core" projects), as well as community projects. All community developers are strongly encouraged to become a caGrid Community Project.

  • Documentation

This section includes all documentation for caGrid. To download documentation for a specific community project, visit that project in the Projects section.

  • Downloads

The Downloads section includes software releases for official caGrid distribution. To download software for a specific community project, visit the project in the Projects section.

  • Community

This section features major Grid communities. These include the primary sponsor of caGrid core development, the National Cancer Institute's caBIG® Program, as well as other major Grid initiatives that all use caGrid software.

  • Support

This section provides helpful information to support visitors of caGrid.

  • Searching cagrid.org

The last box of the navigation bar is a site-wide search box.

How do I edit or add content to the Wiki?

The caGrid community maintains this wiki. To obtain editing privileges, please e-mail us at: knowledge@osu-citih.org. After you have your account information, jump right in and start editing. This wiki is a community resource so we greatly appreciate your input and changes. However, before making any large changes or significant additions (read: content re-organizations), please e-mail us at: knowledge@osu-citih.org. If you are not familiar with Confluence wikis, you can read the Notation Guide, Confluence documentation and refer to the cagrid.org wiki notation guide.

How do I make suggestions about the Website or the Content on cagrid.org, (for example, documentation improvements or fixes)?
